Delivery Zones & Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your area. Orders above a qualifying threshold may qualify for complimentary delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, festivals (Diwali, Eid, Christmas), and periods of high demand. We will contact you if there is any delay.

How Delivery Works

Place Your Order

Browse our online store and add items to your cart. At checkout, enter your delivery address and choose your preferred delivery slot if one is available in your area.

We Prepare Your Sweets

Our kitchen team freshly prepares and quality-checks your order, then packs it securely with care to arrive in perfect condition.

Order Dispatched

You will receive a confirmation once your parcel has been handed to our delivery partner. Same-day dispatch applies to orders received before 12:00 noon on weekdays.

Delivered to Your Door

Your order arrives at the address provided. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or safe drop.

Delivery Policy

Order cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Minimum order: A minimum order value of MUR 300 is required for home delivery. Smaller orders are welcome for in-store collection at any of our branches.

Failed deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available after two attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Freshness guarantee: Our sweets are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate during hot weather.

Gifting & bulk orders: Planning a large order for a wedding, corporate event, or festival? Please contact us in advance so we can ensure availability and arrange a suitable delivery schedule.

Most online orders are ready within 24–48 hours. For large orders or wedding catering we recommend ordering at least 1–2 weeks in advance so we can plan production around your date.

Absolutely. Pickup is free from any of our branches — just choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
